何平，教授，博导。研究兴趣包括服务科学、供应链管理、低碳经济等。在EJOR、Omega、IJPE、IJPR、JBF、JCP、CIE、JORS、TRE、ECRA、《系统工程理论与实践》、《中国管理科学》等期刊上发表论文四十余篇，其中四篇为ESI 高被引论文（Highly Cited Paper）。主持国家自然科学基金面上项目2项、青年基金1项。获中科院优秀博士学位论文奖和全国优秀博士学位论文提名奖。
